Stockholder’s Meeting

The annual stockholder’s meeting will be held Saturday, April 10, at 5:00, at the clubhouse. We will be discussing some big topics including either renovation or a new build for the clubhouse.

We want all voices to be heard and the only way we can do this is if everyone is present and participates. We will have proposals for both options and will do our very best to answer any and all questions.

Please talk to your fellow members so we can get as many there as possible.

After the meeting, get ready to party!! We will be hosting our yearly Spring Fling at the course! Get all your friends to come out and celebrate the official opening of the course and kick off what should be a great year!

Stockholder’s Meeting

Attention All Members!!

The annual Stockholder’s Meeting is scheduled for Friday, November 13, starting at 6:00pm. Every member is encouraged to attend so they can hear what the Board has done so far this year, plans for next year, and to vote on new Board members.

We will have two openings for Board members – Jess Frank and Eric Sinn will be ending their 3-year terms. If you are interested in being on the Board, please email the course at CVGC2017@gmail.com by November 6.

Also, the course is starting to assemble a construction/renovation committee that will be tasked with planning and implementation of updating the clubhouse. Open to all members – please email the course if you would like to be a part of this committee.

If you think you have lost anything at the course over the last few months, stop out and take a look. Anything left after the stockholder’s meeting will be thrown away.

Fall Clean-Up

Attention Members!!

Fall Clean-Up will be Saturday, October 10, starting at 8:00am. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, the backup date is October 17.

We are asking for as many members as are able to help with removal of several trees and trimming existing trees. The trees that will be removed are on the 8 and 9 fairways. There are also many other yearly items that need to be done (hole signs removed, benches stored, etc.).

Things we need:

· Multiple pickups and trailers to haul the downed trees away

· Multiple chainsaws and skilled people to run them (anyone have experience in dropping trees?)

· Rakes

· And as many people as possible – many hands make light work!

Please contact Al Neis as soon as possible if you are able to help out with any of the above on October 10th. Email A.neis@outlook.com or text your name and number to 507-251-6609 and let him know what you can help with and/or are able to bring.

This will be a big project and your help is truly appreciated!
